<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust was executed by HASSELMANN DEVELOPMENT, LLC,
<br />a Nebraska limited liability company, to KEVIN P. WALSH, Attorney at Law, Successor
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of RAYMOND J. O'CONNOR, the Beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />April 20, 2022, and recorded on April 21, 2022 as Instrument No. 202202941, in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />y person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
