<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by JEFFREY L GREER
<br />A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary \
<br />named therein, dated NOVEMBER 7, 1998 and recorded DECEMBER 8. 1998 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 98- 112024
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered:

<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
