Rakosky, Deceased, <br />GRANTOR, in consideration of Two Hundred Forty-one Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars <br />($241,350.00) received from GRANTEE, Alec Rakosky, a single person, and Sadie Sullivan, a <br />single person, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, conveys to GRANTEE the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
