<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Scott C Lane and Cindra K Lane
<br />husband and wife
<br />to United Nebraska Bank Trustee for the
<br />benefit of United Nebraska Bank , the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated M8V 9, 2000 and recorded May 11, 2000 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska in Book at
<br />Page or Document No. 0200003830 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />The East Fourteen (14) Feet of Lot Two (2), in Block Eight (8), and a tract of land Forty Two (42) Feet
<br />in width adjoining and being the full length of Lot Two (2), in Block Eight (8), formerly being a part of
<br />Eugene Street, all being in Claussen Country View Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
