Klimek, a widow, GRANTOR, in consideration of estate planning, conveys to <br />GRANTEE, Billie G. Klimek, Trustee of the Billie G. Klimek Revocable Trust dated July 12, <br />2022, or her successor or successors in trust, the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Nebraska Rev.
