<br />KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that, Mendez Enterprises, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability
<br />Company, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other
<br />valuable consideration received from grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />Patrick Rentals, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, herein called the grantee whether
<br />one or more, the following described real property in Hall County, NE
<br />Parcel 1: Lots Four (4) and Five (5), in Block Forty -Four (44), Packer & Barr's Second Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, together with the complement to said Lot Four
<br />(4), being a tract of land 8.9 feet wide by 120 feet long lying immediately south of and adjacent to
<br />the south line of said Lot Four (4), Block Forty -Four (44), Packer & Barr's Second Addition, said
<br />complement also known as Lot Ten (10), Block Forty -Four (44), Packer & Barr's Annex; together
<br />with the half of vacated Clarence Street lying north of and adjacent to the north line of Lot Five
<br />(5), Block Forty -Four (44), Packer & Barr's Second Addition, said street having been vacated by
<br />Ordinance No. 5005
<br />Parcel 2: The Southerly 37.1 feet of Lot Eight (8), in Block Two (2), Revised Plat of West's
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska as shown on Plat in Book 5, Page
<br />349.
<br />Parcel 3: Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), Block Two (2), Revised Plat of West's Subdivision,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska as shown on Plat in Book 5, Page 349.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantee and with grantee's heirs and assigns that grantor is
<br />lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance except covenants, easements and
<br />restrictions of record; all regular taxes and special assessments, except those levied or assessed
<br />subsequent to date hereof; that grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that
<br />grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
<br />whomsoever.
