City <br />water service and sewer service will be available as provided by law. <br />Section Four • <br />The Annexation Plat dated April 6, 2022 attached to this Ordinance is an <br />accurate map of the territory annexed and such Annexation Plat is adopted as the <br />official map of the territory annexed and the Mayor of the City of Wood River is <br />authorized and directed to certify that the map is an accurate map of the territory <br />annexed under the provisions of this Ordinance and to record in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska this Ordinance together with a copy of the <br />official map certified by the surveyor. <br />Section Five <br />This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final passage and its publication within <br />fifteen (15) days in one issue of The Clipper as provided by law. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />Page 5 <br />
