Prataria, GIRE, and GIHB (collectively, the "Parties") entered into <br />that certain Infrastructure Development Agreement dated March 28, 2018 <br />("Agreement"), describing the obligations of each party with respect to the <br />infrastructure development for a development project located on the real <br />property legally described as: <br />Lots 1, 2, and 3, and Outlots 2 and 3, Prairie Commons Subdivision, <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Project Area"). <br />The Project Area has been replatted and is now legally described as: <br />Lots 1, 2, and 3, and Outlot 1, Prairie Commons Second Subdivision, <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />2. The Parties further executed and recorded that certain <br />Memorandum of Infrastructure Development Agreement dated March 28, 2018 <br />and recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds on March 30, 2018, as <br />Instrument No. 201802009 ("Memorandum"). <br />ON IkownsiSNI Sn C130 <br />
