<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Disclaimer of Homestead dated October 4, 2018 and the Deed of Trust dated October 4, 2018 executed by
<br />Michael R. Lilienthal and Julie A. Lilienthal; Husband and Wife as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which the Disclaimer of Homestead was recorded in
<br />the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 201806536 on the 4th day of October 2018
<br />and which the Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument
<br />No. 201806537 on the 4th day of October, 2018, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />Lots Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (7), in section Twenty Three (23), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten
<br />(10) West of the Sixth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as Rural Route Hall County, Alda, NE 68810.
<br />Said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
