Lilienthal, husband and wife (collectively, <br />"Grantor"), in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, <br />conveys to Platte River Whooping Crane Maintenance Trust, Inc., a Nebraska nonprofit <br />corporation (Grantee"), the real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
