<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation
<br />by and through Craig E Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of
<br />Doniphan, as trustee under the trust deed dated March 15, 2017 executed by RONALD D.
<br />BROCKMANN, A SINGLE PERSON, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of
<br />Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded on March 20, 2017 as
<br />Instrument No. #201701719 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has
<br />received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary thereunder, a
<br />written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and
<br />that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee,
<br />for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: RONALD D. BROCKMANN, A SINGLE PERSON the
<br />estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Three (3), in Original Town of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />ADDRESS: 107 S 4th Street, Doniphan, Nebraska
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Hastings,
