<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation
<br />by and through Craig E Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of
<br />Doniphan, as trustee under the trust deed dated February 10, 2021 executed by MICHAEL D MEENTS,
<br />A SINGLE PERSON, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, is
<br />named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded on February 18, 2021 as Instrument
<br />No. #202101355 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received
<br />from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such
<br />trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for
<br />cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: MICHAEL D MEENTS, A SINGLE PERSON the estate
<br />now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Four (4), Coach Place Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />ADDRESS: 1507 STAGECOACH RD, GRAND ISLAND, Nebraska 68801
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Hastings,
