Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with reference to De of Trust wherein <br />Thomas E. Babel and Koanne P. Babel, husband and wife, are Beneficiary d Mary E. Wagner, <br />a single person, is Trustor and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on April 1, <br />2019, and identified as Document No. 201901877, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Thirty -Six (36), Thelen Subdivision, First Addition, to the City of Wood <br />River, Hall County, Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all app enances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />RONALD S.
