<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ZACHERY A
<br />AULT AND TARA A HIMEBAUGH, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to MNB BANK f/k/a BANK OF
<br />DONIPHAN, Trustee for the benefit of MNB BANK f/k/a BANK OF DONIPHAN, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein dated 01/29/2018 and filed 01/30/2018 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />NEBRASKA, recorded as Instrument #201800610 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Deed of Trusts in the following described property:

<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND ITS COMPLEMENT, BEING ALL
<br />OF THAT PART OF LOT SIXTEEN (16), OF THE COUNTY SUBDIVISION OF THE SOUTHEAST
<br />QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SE1/4SW1/4) OF SECTION SIXTEEN (16), IN
<br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., LYING NORTH OF
<br />DIVISION STREET AND EAST OF WASHINGTON STREET IF THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID
<br />WASHINGTON STREET WERE EXTENDED, SAID TRACTS COMBINE FORMING ONE FULL LOT
<br />SIXTY-SIX (66) FEET ON DIVISION STREET AND HAVING A FRONTAGE OF ONE -HUNDRED
<br />THIRTY-TWO (132) FEET ON WASHINGTON STREET IN SAID CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
