202205050 <br />Warranty Deed <br />This Indenture, Made this 27th day of June, in the year of our Lord, 2022 between Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association, (a Cemetery <br />Association), of Hall County, Nebraska, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, party of <br />the first part, and Thomas & Julie Fagan of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, party of the second part: Witnesseth, that the said party <br />of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred Sixteen dollars, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, <br />has sold and by these present does grant, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, the following described premises, to -wit: <br />Third Addition Row 44 Plot 42 & 43 in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hall County, Nebraska, together with all appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging: Subject, however, to all Articles, By -Laws, Rules and regulations of said Cemetery Association, as they now exist or may hereafter <br />be changed, modified or enlarged, and the said grantor Cemetery Association for itself or its successors, does hereby covenant to and with the <br />said parties of the second part and their heirs and assigns, that at the time of the execution and delivery of these presents it is lawfully seized of <br />said premises; that it has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; that they are free from encumbrance and does hereby covenant to <br />warrant and defend the said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In witness whereof, the said grantor Cemetery <br />Association has hereunto caused its corporate seal to be affixed and these presents to be signed by its Board Member and Clerk the day and <br />year first above written. <br />Signed and sealed and delivered in the presence of <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />HALL COUNTY } SS. <br />On this 1 day o <br />Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association, A Cemetery Association <br />, 2022, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said <br />County, personally appeared Patricia Moss, President and Jaime Rathman, Clerk of the Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association, A Cemetery <br />Association, to me personally known to be the said President and Clerk and the identical persons whose names are affixed to the above <br />instrument and acknowledged the execution thereof to be their voluntary act and deed as such officers, and the voluntary act and deed of the <br />said Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association, A Cemetery Association. <br />Witness my hand and Notarial Seal at Cairo, Nebraska, in said County the day and year last above written. <br />My commission expires <br />6fNERAt NOTARY -State of lamb <br />CHRISTINE 0 OSBURN <br />My Comm.
