<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated July 14, 2021,
<br />executed by John A Panowicz and Sarita A Panowicz, Husband and Wife ("Trustor") in which CORNERSTONE
<br />BANK, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and Recorded on July 16, 2021, Inst. No. 202106043,
<br />of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and
<br />that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for
<br />cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled therein, all the estate and
<br />interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter ( SW 1/4) and a part of the Southeast Quarter ( SE1/4), all
<br />being in Section Twenty Two (22), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter ( SW 1/4); thence S 89°48'59" W, along and upon the
<br />south line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), a distance of Five Hundred Three and Thirty Three Hundredths
<br />(503.33) feet; thence N 00'06'43" W, a distance of Two Hundred Eighty Two and Eighty One Hundredths (282.81)
<br />feet; thence N 50°09'25" E, a distance of Forty Nine and Seventy Seven Hundredths ( 49.77) feet; thence N 84°54'44'
<br />E, a distance of Ninety Three and Eight Tenths ( 93.80) feet; thence running northeasterly, along and upon the arc of
<br />a curve to the left whose radius is 1608.27 feet, a distance of Five Hundred Sixty Six and Sixty Two Hundredths (
<br />566.62) feet (long chord bearing = N 33°56'53" E, long chord distance= 563.69'); thence S 89°23'08" E, parallel with
<br />the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), a distance of Sixty Four and Thirteen Hundredths ( 64.13) feet; thence
<br />running southeasterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 1,441.34 feet, a distance of One
<br />Thousand Fifty One and Ninety Eight Hundredths ( 1,051.98) feet (long chord bearing = S 39°21'48" E, long chord
<br />distance = 1,028.78') to a point on the south line of said Southeast Quarter ( SE1/4); thence N 89°23'08" W, along
<br />and upon the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4):a distance of Six Hundred Fifty Nine and Twenty Two
<br />Hundredths ( 659.22) feet to the point of beginning.
