Burns, Attorney at Law, is named as <br />Trustee; and the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, hereby gives notice that a breach of an <br />obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of <br />such breach is the Trustor's failure to make principal and interest payments, taxes and <br />insurance payments, as they became due.
