202204941 <br />(3) The performance of Borrower's covenants and agreements under this Security Instrument and <br />under the Credit Agreement. <br />BORROWER irrevocably grants and conveys to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, the following <br />described property located in the County of Hall <br />State of Nebraska: <br />A tract of land comprising of a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Ten (10), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section 10, said point being <br />215.00 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter, thence southerly along the East line <br />of said Southeast Quarter a distance of 454.0 feet; thence deflecting right 90° 28', and running westerly, a <br />distance of 504.0 feet; thence northerly parallel to the East line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of <br />669.0 feet, to the North line of said Southeast Quarter; thence easterly along the North line of said <br />Southeast Quarter, a distance of 297.75 feet; thence southerly parallel to the East line of said Southeast <br />Quarter, a distance of 215.0 feet; thence easterly parallel to the North line of said Southeast Quarter, a <br />distance of 206.25 feet to the place of beginning. <br />which has the address of 11580 S. Cameron Road <br />Wood River <br />(City) <br />68883 (herein "Property Address"); <br />(Street) <br />, Nebraska <br />(Zip Code) <br />TOGETHER with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />rights, appurtenances and fixtures, all of which shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the property <br />covered by this Security Instrument; and all of the foregoing, together with said property (or the leasehold <br />estate if this Security Instrument is on a leasehold) are hereinafter referred to as the "Property". <br />Complete if applicable: <br />This Property is part of a condominium project known as: <br />This Property includes Borrower's unit and all Borrower's rights in the common elements of the <br />condominium project. <br />This Property is in a Planned Unit Development known as: <br />Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right <br />to grant and convey the Property, and that the Property is unencumbered, except for encumbrances of <br />record.
