<br />ROGER L KOLAR AND CONNIE J KOLAR, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R B 44CK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated NOVEMBER 22, 1994 and recorded NOVEMBER 28, 1994 in the Office of the REGISTER
<br />OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Document # 94- 109475 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
