Legacy ("Lessee") is the owner of a billboard structure (the `Billboard") located <br />on land owned by Pomp's Tire Service, Inc (the "Owner") described as follows: <br />The leased premises shall be no more space than existing or necessary to accommodate, a <br />twenty feet radius from the existing billboard structure's column pole on the southwest <br />corner of the property described in the attached Warranty Deed. <br />b. The term of the Lease is ten years, beginning on August 1, 2022 (the "Effective Date"), <br />and ending on July 31, 2032. The lease shall automatically renew for three consecutive 5 -year <br />terms unless written notice is given at least 90 days prior to the expiration of then -current term. It <br />shall then continue on a year-to-year basis unless either party shall given written notice of non- <br />renewal at least 90 days prior to the expiration of the then current term. <br />2. The Lessee is currently in possession of the Leased Premises. <br />3.
