BABEL ("Trustor"), whose address is P.O. Box 38, 508 Old Military Road, Wood River, <br />Nebraska 68883; KOANNE P. BABEL ("Beneficiary"), and her successors and assigns, whose <br />address is 7804 N. 127th Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska 68142; and RONALD S. DEPUE, Attorney <br />at Law and Member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, whose address is 308 N. Locust, Suite <br />501, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 ("Trustee"). <br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irrevocably transfers, conveys and assigns <br />to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under <br />and subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the real estate described as follows <br />(collectively referred to as the "Property"): <br />Lot Five (5), in Rivervine Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TOGETHER WITH, all rents, easements, appurtenances, hereditaments, interests in <br />adjoining roads, streets and alleys, improvements and buildings of any kind situated thereon and all <br />personal property that may be or hereafter become an integral part of such buildings and <br />improvements, and insurance and condemnation proceeds payable to Trustor with respect to the <br />Property. <br />
