<br />NE 68803 (the "Assignor"), in consideration of the Decree of Dissolution entered in Hall County 
<br />District Court Case No CI 19-880 entitled Michael Ray Flodman, Plaintiff vs. Debra Lynne 
<br />Flodman, Defendant on June 6, 2022, does hereby grant, assign, and convey unto Debbie L. 
<br />Flodman, Assignee, all right, title and interest of Assignor in and to that Deed of Trust dated May 
<br />9, 2016, executed in favor of Michael R. Flodman and Debbie L. Flodman, Husband and Wife, by 
<br />Richard A. Cash, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Corporation, as Trustor, pertaining to that 
<br />certain real property legally described in said Deed of Trust as follows: 
<br />A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1/4SW1/4) of Section 
<br />Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in 
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the 
<br />Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4); thence Westerly along and 
<br />upon the South line of said Section Twelve (12), a distance of Two Hundred 
<br />Seventy -Two and Twenty -Five Hundredths (272.25) Feet; thence Northerly 
<br />parallel to the East line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) a distance of Two 
<br />Hundred Forty (240.0) Feet; thence Easterly parallel to the South line of said 
<br />Section Twelve (12), a distance of Two Hundred Seventy -Two and Twenty -Five 
<br />Hundredths (272.25) Feet, to the East line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4); 
<br />thence Southerly along and upon said East line of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) 
<br />a distance of Two Hundred Forty (240.0) Feet to the place of beginning. 
<br />which Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska 
<br />on May 10, 2016, as Instrument No. 201602898, together with the said Promissory Note therein 
<br />described, and the money due or to become payable thereon, with interest at the rate specified in 
<br />said Promissory Note. 
<br />To have and to hold the same unto the Assignee, her successor and assign forever, subject 
<br />only to the provisions set forth in the Deed of Trust.
