ARTICLE Vill 200010301 <br />Parliamentary Rules <br />Roberts' Rules of Order (latest edition) may govern the conduct of the Association <br />meetings at the discretion of the President of the Association when not in conflict with the <br />Declaration or these Bylaws. <br />ARTICLE IX <br />Insurance <br />9.1 Insurance. The Association shall procure insurance from an insurance company or <br />companies authorized and licensed to do business in the State of Nebraska ( "Insurer "), insuring <br />the Condominium and the Association against certain risk, to the extent reasonably available, as <br />described in the Nebraska Uniform Condominium Act and the provisions of this Article. <br />9.2 Authority to Purchase: Named Insured. The Association insurance policies <br />described herein shall be purchased by the Association as a Common Expense. The named <br />insured shall be the Association individually and as agent for the Unit Owners and officers, <br />agents, and employees of the Association, and Owners individually, without naming them <br />unless required, and as agent for Owners' Mortgagees (individually and collectively called <br />"Insured "). Provision shall be made for the issuance of Mortgagee endorsements and <br />memoranda of insurance to the Mortgagees of Unit Owners, upon the written request of <br />Mortgagee. Such policies as described below shall provide that payments by the Insurer for <br />losses shall be made to the Association as Trustee for the named Insured, as their interests <br />may appear. Owners, tenants, occupants and persons in possession are encouraged and not <br />prohibited to obtain personal coverage at their own expense for personal property, personal <br />liability and other risks. <br />9.3 Coveraae. The Association and Condominium insurance coverage ( "Insurance <br />Coverage ") shall include the following: <br />(a) Property insurance as described in Paragraph 9.4 below. <br />(b) Liability insurance as described in Paragraph 9.5 below. <br />(c) Such other insurance riders, coverage, and endorsements as the <br />Executive Board of the Association deems appropriate from time to time to protect the <br />Association, Condominium and Unit Owners, including, without limitation, errors and <br />SRI <br />
