Exhibit "C" 200010301 <br />BYLAWS <br />of <br />SOUTH DOREEN CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION <br />An unincorporated association <br />ARTICLE I <br />General Provisions <br />1.1 Identification. These are the Bylaws of South Doreen Condominiums Association, <br />( "Association "), an unincorporated association. The terms used herein shall have the meaning <br />stated in the Nebraska Uniform Condominium Act, and the Declaration of South Doreen <br />Condominium ( "Declaration "), as amended and recorded, in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Lancaster County, Nebraska, unless otherwise defined herein or unless the context hereof <br />otherwise requires. <br />1.2 Purpose. The general purpose for which the Association is formed is to govern the <br />Condominium property which has been or will be created pursuant to the provisions of the <br />Nebraska Uniform Condominium Act, and all amendments and supplements thereto, bearing <br />the name associated with this Association. <br />1.3 Registered Agent and Office. The registered agent shall be Jeri Lou Meyer and the <br />registered office of the Association shall be 1736 Doreen St., Grand Island, NE 68803, or such <br />other agent or place as the Board of Directors may determine from time to time. <br />1.4 Fiscal Year. The fiscal year of the Association will be from January 1 to December <br />31. <br />1.5 Persons Subject to Bylaws. All present or future Owners or Guests, or any other <br />person who might use in any manner the facilities or property of the Project shall be subject to <br />the provisions of the Declaration, the Articles, these Bylaws, and the Rules and Regulations <br />(collectively, the "Condominium Documents "). The mere acquisition, rental, occupancy, or use <br />of any of the Condominium Units, Common Elements, or Association property will signify that <br />the Condominium Documents are accepted, ratified, and will be complied with by such Owners, <br />Guests, or other persons. <br />-1 - <br />
