Exhibit "C" 200010301 BYLAWS of SOUTH DOREEN CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION An unincorporated association ARTICLE I General Provisions 1.1 Identification. These are the Bylaws of South Doreen Condominiums Association, ( "Association "), an unincorporated association. The terms used herein shall have the meaning stated in the Nebraska Uniform Condominium Act, and the Declaration of South Doreen Condominium ( "Declaration "), as amended and recorded, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Lancaster County, Nebraska, unless otherwise defined herein or unless the context hereof otherwise requires. 1.2 Purpose. The general purpose for which the Association is formed is to govern the Condominium property which has been or will be created pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska Uniform Condominium Act, and all amendments and supplements thereto, bearing the name associated with this Association. 1.3 Registered Agent and Office. The registered agent shall be Jeri Lou Meyer and the registered office of the Association shall be 1736 Doreen St., Grand Island, NE 68803, or such other agent or place as the Board of Directors may determine from time to time. 1.4 Fiscal Year. The fiscal year of the Association will be from January 1 to December 31. 1.5 Persons Subject to Bylaws. All present or future Owners or Guests, or any other person who might use in any manner the facilities or property of the Project shall be subject to the provisions of the Declaration, the Articles, these Bylaws, and the Rules and Regulations (collectively, the "Condominium Documents "). The mere acquisition, rental, occupancy, or use of any of the Condominium Units, Common Elements, or Association property will signify that the Condominium Documents are accepted, ratified, and will be complied with by such Owners, Guests, or other persons. -1 -
