BABEL , a Single Person, whose address is PO BOX 38, WOOD RIVER, NE 68883-0038; (referred to below as "Grantor") and Five Points Bank, whose address is 3111 W. Stolley Pk. Rd., PO Box 1507, Grand Island, NE 68802 (referred to below as "Lender"). ASSIGNMENT. For valuable consideration, Grantor hereby assigns, grants a continuing security interest in, and conveys to Lender all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to the Rents from the following described Property located in HALL County, State of Nebraska: Parcel 1: The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4NE1 /4) of Section Three (3), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska AND Parcel 2: The Southwest Quarter (SW 1 /4) of Section Thirty -Five (35), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska The Property or its address is commonly known as FARM GROUND HALL COUNTY, NE. FUTURE ADVANCES. In addition to the Note, this Assignment secures all future advances made by Lender to Grantor whether or not the advances are made pursuant to a commitment. Specifically, without limitation, this Assignment secures, in addition to the amounts specified in the Note, all future amounts Lender in its discretion may loan to Grantor, together with all interest thereon. THIS ASSIGNMENT IS GIVEN TO SECURE (1) PAYMENT OF THE INDEBTEDNESS AND (2) PERFORMANCE OF ANY AND ALL OBLIGATIONS OF GRANTOR UNDER THE NOTE, THIS ASSIGNMENT, AND THE RELATED DOCUMENTS.
