202204294 WHEREAS, I do not expect to control, direct or select, nor have I controlled, directed or selected, the person or entity who shall receive, possess, or enjoy the interest or power hereby renounced and disclaimed; and WHEREAS, I intend this document to constitute an irrevocable disclaimer and renunciation, and in that regard I acknowledge that I have relied upon certain assumptions regarding factual matters which I realize may not be correct, but I assume this risk and intend this document to be effective nevertheless; and WHEREAS, I have not accepted any interest in the power or interest which is the subject of this Disclaimer and Renunciation or any benefits therefrom, nor have I made any transfer thereof, nor have I accepted any delivery of such power or interest, and no such power or interest has been either sold or disposed of pursuant to judicial process therefor; and WHEREAS, after this disclaimer and renunciation the portion of the estate I have disclaimed passes to my children; and WHEREAS, without in any manner limiting the foregoing provisions, it is the intent of this Disclaimer and Renunciation to have my said interests pass as set forth in said Trust as aforesaid. NOW THEREFORE, I state as follows: RENUNCIATION AND DISCLAIMER 1. Incorporation of Introduction and Recitals: The foregoing introduction and Recitals are incorporated herein and made a material part hereof. 2. Interest or Power Renounced and Disclaimed: (a) I disclaim and renounce any and all interest which I may have in and to any assets and interests I may be entitled to as a result of the death of Daisy Patterson, including, but not limited to, the real property legally described on Exhibit A, with the exception of $50,000.00 cash, which I accept. (b) I declare that this renunciation and disclaimer is an irrevocable and unqualified refusal to accept the renounced and disclaimed interest in such property. 3
