Stringham, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about August <br />28, 1997, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a <br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property: <br />The South Half (SI /2) of Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Block Twelve (12) <br />in Boggs and Hills Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Home Federal Savings & Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on August 29, 1997, in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 107163. <br />On or about August 28, 1997, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island, <br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal <br />Mortgage Corporation.
