<br />You are hereby notified that Neal A. Stringham, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about August
<br />28, 1997, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a
<br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />The South Half (SI /2) of Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Block Twelve (12)
<br />in Boggs and Hills Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Home Federal Savings & Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on August 29, 1997, in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 107163.
<br />On or about August 28, 1997, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island,
<br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal
<br />Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded August 29, 1997, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 107164.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the
<br />Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments
<br />that were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
