<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by H.I.T 6T LIVESTOCK,
<br />INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, to Jeffrey B. Farnham, Attorney -at -Law, as Trustee for the benefit
<br />of NGT SYSTEMS, LLP, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 1, 2015, and recorded in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on July 15, 2015 at Instrument No. 201504794, and as
<br />assigned to Dowd Oil Company, Inc. pursuant to that certain Assignment of Deed of Trust dated February
<br />25, 2020 and recorded on March 2, 2020 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, at
<br />Instrument No. 202001366, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release, and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises:

<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
