<br /> 82-003018, and which was subsequently assigned by Norwest
<br /> Mortgage Inc. , formally known es Banco Mo�tgage Company, on
<br /> September 25, 1984 and said Assignment of Mortgage was recorded
<br /> in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> on October 9, 1984 as Document No. 84-005325, where�ln Joel B.
<br /> Ga�ratt, a single person, conveyed to Plaintiff the following
