<br />SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated JULY 31, 1996 and recorded SEPTEMBER 3, 1996 in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 96- 106926 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
