<br />North, Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16,

<br />Nebraska.
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of
<br />Section 21, Township 9 North, Range 12, West of the 6th P.M.,

<br />Quarter, said point being 31.15 feet North of the Southwest
<br />corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence Northerly along the
<br />West line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 623.0 feet;
<br />thence deflecting right 89 degrees 43' and running Easterly, a
<br />distance of 2,642.6 feet, to the East line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter, thence deflecting right 90 degrees 29' and running
<br />Southerly along the East line of said Southwest Quarter, a
<br />distance of 610.0 feet; thence deflecting right 89 degrees 14'
<br />and running Westerly a distance of 2,640.66 feet to the place
<br />of beginning and containing 37.385 acres, more or less.
