<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated December 18th,
<br />2013 executed by Michael A. Panowicz a/k/a Mike Panowicz and Patricia M. Panowicz a/k/a Patricia
<br />Panowicz„ Husband and Wife; Trustor(s), in which The State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth, Nebraska, (now
<br />Cornerstone Bank, by change of name) is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded
<br />December 19th, 2013, in instrument number 201309828 in the Register of Deeds office, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska„ has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that
<br />part of the sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion of the property described below
<br />have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2SE1/4), Section Thirty
<br />One (31), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of Trust being
<br />partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate described therein.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Aaron Purvis, Chief Credit Officer and has caused its corporate seal to be
<br />hereunto affixed on May 16, 2022.
