<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated October
<br />6th, 2008 executed by Panowicz Family Farms, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company; as
<br />Trustor(s), in which The State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth, Nebraska, (now Cornerstone Bank, by change of
<br />name) is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded October 24th, 2008, in Book 13
<br />in instrument number 0200808974 in the Register of Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska, has received
<br />from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed
<br />of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been
<br />surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1/2NW 1/4) of Section Thirty -Six (36), Township Twelve (12)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, lying South of the Highway Right -
<br />of -Way.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Aaron Purvis, Chief Credit Officer and has caused its corporate seal to be
<br />hereunto affixed on May 16, 2022.
