<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated March
<br />3rd, 2006 executed by Panowicz Family Farms, L.L.C.; as Trustor(s), in which The State Bank of Hildreth,
<br />Hildreth, Nebraska, (now Cornerstone Bank, by change of name) is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as trustee, and recorded March 8"', 2006, in Book 13 in instrument number 0200602042 in the
<br />Register of Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such
<br />Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for
<br />cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />The portion of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NE1/4NW1/4) of Section Twenty -Seven (27), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, lying north of the Railroad Right of Way; EXCEPTING a tract more
<br />particularly described in Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 166, Page 72 and EXCEPTING a tract more
<br />particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 97-104772.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Aaron Purvis, Chief Credit Officer and has caused its corporate seal to be
<br />hereunto affixed on May 16, 2022.
