<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />200006974. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Pompilio Guzman and
<br />Maria L. Ramirez, both single persons, as Trustors, in which Columbus Federal Savings Bank is named
<br />as Beneficiary and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust
<br />was thereafter filed for record March 3, 1997 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 97- 101491.
<br />On or about March 6, 1997, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
<br />The Assignment was recorded March 14, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 101826.
<br />The subject property is legally described as follows:
