<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Kirk E. Brumbaugh, Attorney at Law, Brumbaugh & Quandahl, P.C., 6910 Pacific Street,
<br />Suite 200, Omaha, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, as trustee under the trust deed
<br />hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby grants and conveys to Paul R. L.
<br />Sensenbach and Katherine P. Sensenbach, Grantees, without any covenant or warranty,
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 5, BOGG' S & HILL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor by a trust deed dated June
<br />21, 1999, and recorded on July 1, 1999, in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 99- 106591 wherein Randall C. Burritt and Nancy Burritt are Trustors, and TCF
<br />National Bank Minnesota is named beneficiary and Kirk Brumbaugh as Trustee, wherein the
<br />Trustor granted and conveyed to such Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the property above
<br />described to secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $63,933.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof, and after the
<br />fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this conveyance as follows:
<br />1) Breach and default were made under the terms of the Trust Deed in the particular
<br />set forth in the notice of default hereinafter referred to, which default continued until the time of
<br />the sale.
<br />2) There was filed for record on August 28, 2000, as Instrument No. 0200006925 a
<br />notice of default in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and of election to sell the
<br />property to satisfy the obligations secured thereby and thereafter notice of the filing of the notice
<br />of default was sent in the statutory manner to all persons entitled to a notice thereof.
<br />3) That thereafter the Grantor executed its notice of trustee's sale, stating that it, as
<br />trustee, would sell at public auction to the highest bidder the property hereinbefore described,
<br />fixing the time and place of the sale as November 16, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. in the lower lobby of
<br />the county courthouse in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and caused copies of such notice
<br />to be published once a week for five consecutive weeks in The Grand Island Independent, a legal
<br />daily newspaper printed, published and of general circulation in the county of Hall, Nebraska,
<br />the first date of publication was September 29, 2000, and the last day of publication was October
