<br />MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, the Original Beneficiary, and recorded on APRIL 01, 2005 as Instrument No. 0200502898
<br />in the Mortgage Records, in the Recorder's Office of HALL County, State of NEBRASKA.
<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT 3, HARDERS SUBDIVISION IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
