Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; and <br />the beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature of <br />such breach is the Trustor's failure to occupy the real estate described herein pursuant <br />to the Agreement of the parties dated February 15, 2000. You are hereby notified that <br />because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated as <br />of September 28, 2001; be notified that because of such default the undersigned has <br />elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the <br />Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows: <br />Lot Eleven (11), Block One (1), Blain Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />DATED this 28th day of September, 2001. <br />EARL D.
