<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by HAROLD E VOLLMER AND JO ANN K
<br />VOLLMER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit�\�\

<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, as Beneficiary, dated AUGUST 27, 1997 and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 97- 107083, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitle thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the
<br />Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />Part of Lot 13, of the County Subdivision of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (Wl /2SW1 /4) of Section Fifteen
<br />(15) in Township Eleven (I1) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6`h P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Commencing at a point on the South line of Charles Street, 417 feet East of the East line of Locust
<br />Street, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, running thence East along and upon the South line of
<br />Charles Street for a distance of 54 feet, thence South at right angles for a distance 65 feet to the South line of said Lot
<br />13, thence West on the South line of Lot 13 of said County Subdivision for a distance of 54 feet, thence North at right
<br />angles for a distance of 65 feet to the place of beginning.
