Meadows and Raylene M. <br />Meadows, Husband and Wife, referred to herein as "the Meadows", hereby covenant with <br />Holmes Farms, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, referred to herein as "Holmes Farms", with respect <br />to that certain real estate described as Hall County Home Place Subdivision, part of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4SW 1/4) of Section Twenty-six (26), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County Nebraska, (the <br />"Property"), that the Meadows will not will not raise sweet corn, maize, or any other related <br />agricultural plants which might adversely affect the growing of seed corn on the farmland <br />immediately surrounding the Property, which farmland is owned by Holmes Farms.
