Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by RICHARD K
<br />WHITAKER AKA RICHARD K WHITAKER JR AND MIRIAM A WHITAKER- HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated OCTOBER 13, 1998 and recorded NOVEMBER 3, 1998 in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 98- 110780 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered:
