<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated September 5, 2019, executed by
<br />THE ORCHARD LLC, A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, as Trustor, in which Five
<br />Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which the Deed
<br />of Trust was recorded as Instrument No. 201905430 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on the 5th day of September, 2019.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the real estate
<br />described to -wit:
<br />LOT 5, BLOCK 2, THE ORCHARD SUBDIVISION, GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated September 5, 2019,
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 201905430 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
