<br />L.L.C. aka L & P INVESTMENT, L.L.C., A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; as Trustor, in which 
<br />Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded 
<br />in Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, Recorded as Instrument No 202106089 on 
<br />the 19th day of July, 2021. 
<br />and IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the FIVE POINTS 
<br />BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the Notice of 
<br />Commencement as Additional Security dated June 23, 2021 made to FIVE POINTS BANK, 
<br />Lender by L & P INVESTMENTS, L.L.C. aka L & P INVESTMENT, L.L.C, A LIMITED LIABILITY 
<br />COMPANY, as Grantor, which was recorded as Instrument No 202106101 on the 19th day of July, 
<br />2021 on the following described real estate, to -wit: 
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five 
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of 
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows: 
<br />LOT TWENTY (20), FIFTH STREET SUBDIVISION, GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, 
<br />NEBRASKA 
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid; 
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of 
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or 
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
