202203474 WHEREAS, pursuant to ARTICLE IX, Paragraph B.S. of the aforesaid Coralee I. Lautenschlager Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated November 23, 2005, the Settlor provided that one-third of the rest, residue and remainder of the trust estate be distributed to the undersigned Myron Lautenschlager; WHEREAS, the Settlor, Coralee I. Lautenschlager, pursuant to ARTICLE IX, Paragraph B.2. of the aforesaid Coralee I. Lautenschlager Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated November 23, 2005, provided that in the event the undersigned, Myron Lautenschlager, predeceased the Settlor, the Disclaimed Assets, shall pass and descend to the then surviving issue of the undersigned, Myron Lautenschlager, by right of representation, outright and free of trust to be theirs absolutely and forever; subject, however, if any of said surviving issue shall not as yet attained the age of twenty-five (25) years the separate share for such issue shall be held in a separate trust by the Trustee pursuant to the provisions of ARTICLE IX, Paragraph D. of the Coralee I. Lautenschlager Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated November 23, 2005; WHEREAS, the undersigned, Myron Lautenschlager, has two children, namely, Kristal J. Stoner and Jenifer R. Campana, who were living at the time of the death of the Settlor and are living as of the date hereof and are over the age of twenty-five (25) years, therefore, the Disclaimed Assets shall be distributed equally to the undersigned's said daughters, Kristal J. Stoner and Jenifer R. Campana, outright and free of trust to be theirs absolutely and forever; WHEREAS, the undersigned, Myron Lautenschlager, acknowledges that he is releasing something that might be of substantial value to him but he does not expect to, nor has he received any consideration in money or otherwise for the execution of this document; 3
