<br />This Indenture, Made this 27th day of May, in the year of our Lord, 2022 between Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association, (a Cemetery
<br />Association), of Hall County, Nebraska, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, party of
<br />the first part, and Dave & Fran Schaffer of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, party of the second part: Witnesseth, that the said party
<br />of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred Sixteen dollars, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
<br />sold and by these present does grant, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, the following described premises, to -wit:
<br />Third Addition Row 35 Plot 71 in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hall County, Nebraska, together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging:
<br />Subject, however, to all Articles, By -Laws, Rules and regulations of said Cemetery Association, as they now exist or may hereafter be changed,
<br />modified or enlarged, and the said grantor Cemetery Association for itself or its successors, does hereby covenant to and with the said parties of
<br />the second part and their heirs and assigns, that at the time of the execution and delivery of these presents it is lawfully seized of said premises;
<br />that it has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; that they are free from encumbrance and does hereby covenant to warrant and
<br />defend the said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In witness whereof, the said grantor Cemetery Association has
<br />hereunto caused its corporate seal to be affixed and these presents to be signed by its Board Member and Clerk the day and year first above
<br />written.

<br />instrument and acknowledged the execution thereof to be their voluntary act and deed as such officers, and the voluntary act and deed of the
<br />said Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association, A Cemetery Association.
