<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in DOCUMENT # 98- 107526 AND RE- RECORDED IN DOCUMENT #
<br />98- 109176 of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered.
