<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by PAUL
<br />E. NOZICKA, TRUSTEE OF THE PAUL E. NOZICKA REVOCABLE TRUST AND JUANITA D.
<br />NOZICKA, TRUSTEE OF THE JUANITA D. REVOCABLE TRUST, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to BANK
<br />OF DONIPHAN, PO BOX 270, DONIPHAN, NEBRASKA, 68832, Trustee for the benefit of BANK OF
<br />DONIPHAN, the Beneficiary named therein dated March 20, 2017 and filed March 29, 2017 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA, recorded as Instrument #201701919
<br />of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that the DEED OF RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
