<br />Revocation of Transfer on Death Deed
<br />Richard L. Heckman an unmarried man, the Transferor of property making this revocation, does hereby
<br />revoke a certain Revocable Transfer on Death Deed filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on February 12, 2018 as Instrument No. 201800864 on real estate legally described
<br />as:
<br />A tract of land in Lot 1, Block 1, Ingalls Turner Subdivision, Village of Cairo, Hall County Nebraska,
<br />described as follows: Starting at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, in the Ingalls Turner
<br />Subdivision, Cairo, Nebraska, thence South on the lot line a distance of 187 feet, thence West a
<br />distance of 1711/2 feet, thence North and parallel to the lot line a distance of 187 feet to the North
<br />line of said lot, thence East a distance of 1711/2 feet to the point of beginning; and
<br />the West 10 feet of the North 187 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Ingalls Turner Subdivision. Village of Cairo,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />I, Richard L. Heckman, the Transferor sign my name to this instrument on Apr,/ 2-3 , 2022,
<br />and being first duly sworn, do hereby declare to the undersigned authority that I sign and execute this
<br />Revocation of Transfer on Death Deed to revoke the transfer of my interest in the described real
<br />property and that I sign it willingly or willingly direct another to sign for me, and that I execute it as my
<br />free and voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed, and that I am eighteen years of age or older
<br />or is not at this time a minor and the I am of sound mind and under no constraint or undue influence.
