<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is dated April 26, 2022, among Kenneth Clausen, whose address is
<br />3050 W Guenther Road, Grand Island, NE 68803 ("Trustor"); Heritage Bank, whose address is
<br />Grand Island, 1333 N Webb Rd, Grand Island, NE 68803 (referred to below sometimes as
<br />"Lender" and sometimes as "Beneficiary"); and Heritage Bank, whose address is PO Box 329,
<br />Aurora, NE 68818 (referred to below as "Trustee").
<br />CONVEYANCE AND GRANT. For valuable consideration, Trustor conveys to Trustee In trust, WITH POWER OF SALE,
<br />for the benefit of Lender as Beneficiary, all of Trustor's right, title, and interest in and to the following described real
<br />property, together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all
<br />easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with
<br />ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relatingto the real property, includingwithout
<br />limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters, (the "Real roperty") located in Hall ounty,
<br />State of Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W1/2 NE1/4)
<br />and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2 SE1/4) of Section One (1), Township
<br />Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section One (1); thence
<br />running easterly along the south line of said Section One (1), on a bearing N 86°49'26" E,
<br />a distance of 535.95 feet to the Actual point of beginning; thence N 03°10'36" W, a
<br />distance of 164.17 feet; thence N 42°39'30" W on the chord of a curve to the right with a
<br />radius of 1311.54 feet, a distance of 750.96 feet; thence S 88°48'42" W, a distance of

<br />FUTURE ADVANCES. In addition to the Note, this Deed of Trust secures all future advances made by Lender to Trustor
