N <br />w <br />CD <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: <br />Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3rd St., Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, Schulte Construction, L.L.C., a Nebraska <br />Limited Liability Company, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other <br />valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto Nathaniel P. Pierce-Panowicz and Tyler J.
